2013 Catena Chardonnay
A fresh, open, nice nose with notes of dried pine apple, yellow apples, butter cookies, summer flowers and a hint of mint. Very good. Young and clean.
The taste is young, fresh and fruity with notes of fried nuts, warm grass, dried tropical fruit and cold butter. A good acidity that cleans the mouth effectively. A very good food wine although I could easily drink it on its own as well. Good stuff.
